The Project

Matrix Digital partnered with QBN Global, a dynamic education and trading community that blends financial education, live trading sessions, and network marketing opportunities for individuals worldwide. The primary goal of our collaboration was to build an efficient digital ecosystem that could attract, educate, and retain members through engaging campaigns and consistent event promotion. We were responsible for developing an ongoing content rhythm across QBN’s social and digital platforms — moving audiences from discovery to registration, attendance, and long-term engagement. Our team also designed the structure and visuals for live event pages, optimised registration funnels, and built follow-up systems to turn audience interest into active participation and conversions.

The Challenge: The challenge for QBN Global was to convert widespread interest in trading education into tangible event attendance and consistent brand engagement. While the brand already had a strong concept — combining learning, community, and real-time trading — it needed a structured content system that could maintain audience momentum. Additionally, building a steady flow of new learners while nurturing existing members required thoughtful marketing and funnel optimisation. The task was to create seamless transitions from awareness to registration and from participation to retention — ensuring that each step felt engaging and rewarding.

To meet these challenges and achieve measurable success, Matrix Digital designed a complete, performance-driven approach for QBN Global that combined creative storytelling, smart automation, and powerful design.

Event Acquisition and Funnel optimisation:
We built a lightweight but effective funnel system that guided users from discovery to registration, attendance, and follow-up engagement. Event pages were optimised with clear value propositions, while integrated reminder sequences (email, WhatsApp, and social) maximized attendance rates. Each funnel was fine-tuned for different audience segments, ensuring high conversion from registration to show-up.

Consistent Social Content Rhythm:
We established a content calendar that balanced educational, motivational, and promotional posts across social platforms. This included teaser clips, highlight reels, speaker introductions, and post-event recaps, ensuring a steady stream of excitement before and after each event. Every piece of content reinforced QBN’s brand as both credible and community-driven.

Paid Acquisition and Retargeting:
Our team launched targeted paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Display, focusing on high-intent traders and aspiring learners. We built retargeting audiences from previous event visitors and website users, creating familiarity and encouraging recurring attendance. The result was a cost-efficient campaign model that delivered consistent leads and reduced drop-offs.

Post-Event Engagement:
To sustain engagement after each event, we introduced highlight snippets, takeaway reels, and calls-to-action guiding users toward QBN’s next program or membership option. This approach ensured that audience interest didn’t end with the event — it evolved into community participation.
